Challenge
The client had been using a traditional physical POS system, and to enhance speed, reliability, and security, a transition to a Virtual POS was initiated. Beginning with a meticulous design overhaul, we focused on ensuring a seamless user experience. We also prioritized the secure integration of payment providers, processors, and host networks. Moreover, the new Virtual POS system is primed to facilitate only contactless (NFC) payments, further improving the overall payment experience for both the business and its customers.
